I didn't set out to sell tools.
I found this machine the way you probably did. Someone filmed themselves cleaning the inside of a wheelie bin with it, and I watched the whole thing. Then I found another one. Then I found ten thousand more.
So I went and looked at what one actually costs to build, and what the same machine sells for once a well-known name is printed on the side. The difference wasn't the machine. It was the name, the warehouse and the shelf.

The mechanism
Every pressure washer on the shelf needs three things before it does anything useful. Take those three away and the job stops being a project.
A pail, a jug, a water butt, a sink you filled in the kitchen and carried out. If it holds water, it works.
No connector to find, no thread to match, no wrong side of the house. The intake hose goes in the water. That's it.
It doesn't rely on your water line's pressure, it generates its own from the 21V pack. That's why a bucket is enough.

Yes, we lose a row. A corded washer with a real tap behind it will always hit harder than a battery and a bucket, and a pro with a trailer will hit harder still. If you'd rather not think about it, add the spare battery and swap it mid-job.
Roughly a bin, or one side of a car, on a standard five-gallon bucket. Foam mode uses less than the jet. When it runs low you refill from the kitchen tap and carry on, which is still faster than dragging a hose around the house.
Trash cans, patio furniture, siding, driveways, decks, porches, fences, gutters, garage doors, mailboxes, windows, shower tile and grout, grills, mowers, shed tools, cars, boats and paddle boards. Eighteen surfaces, one case.
The honest rule: if it's dirty, waterproof, and you'd normally scrub it, this does it faster.
Anything that shouldn't get wet: electrics, car interiors, sockets. Also avoid delicate finishes such as untreated or waxed wood, flaking paint, old crumbling mortar, and window seals in poor condition. Start on a wide spray pattern and step in closer, rather than the other way round.
It's a small electric pump, so it's nothing like a gas washer. You can hold a conversation next to it. It isn't silent either, and we'd rather say so than pretend.
There's nothing to assemble. Clip the nozzle on, drop the intake hose in a bucket, slide in the battery. Under a minute from case to trigger, and that's the entire point of the product.
Who are you
Because we launched this year, and because the big tool brands don't build these either. They order them, print a logo on the side, and add their margin. A store then adds its own. By the time it reaches you, you're paying three companies. We're the first one.
21V. You'll find this style of washer advertised as "48V" all over the internet. That figure is peak-voltage marketing, not what's in the pack. Ours is honestly labelled 21V lithium-ion, and that's what arrives.
We'd rather give you the real number than the flattering one, because the flattering one is what turns into a refund three weeks later.
The housing is a reinforced polymer, the same class of material used on cordless drills, because a metal body would double the weight for no benefit. The parts that do the work — the pump and the motor — are the ones that decide how long it lasts, and they're the same parts sold under the well-known names.

Getting it
From our supplier's facility in China, direct to your door. We're telling you this on the product page rather than letting you discover it on the label, because that's the part people actually get annoyed about, and it's a fair thing to want to know before you pay.
No. Duties and import fees are prepaid before it leaves. The price you see at checkout is the whole price. Nobody knocks on your door asking for more.

If something goes wrong
Inside 90 days, we refund or replace, your choice. After that, email us anyway. We'd rather post you a battery or a nozzle than lose a customer over a $12 part.
It's a standard 21V lithium-ion pack, the same type used in cordless drills, and it ships in compliance with air-transport rules for batteries of this size. Charge it indoors, don't leave it baking in a car, and store it around half-charged over winter. Full handling instructions come with it.
